Mala Moodley

Mala Moodley is an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a career spanning from 1994 to the present at Eskom. Currently serving in the Centre of Excellence - HR, Mala focuses on strategic management and consulting on Employee and Industrial Relations for Eskom's New Build Projects. Previously, in the Group Capital Division, responsibilities included overseeing all Employee Relations matters related to new build projects. Earlier roles included Chief Industrial Relations Advisor and Senior Industrial Relations Advisor within the Generation Division, as well as HR Practitioner and HR Administrative Assistant. Educational credentials include a Btech in Human Resources Management, Labor, and Industrial Relations from the University of South Africa, earned between 1999 and 2003.
