Falko Wächter

Falko Wächter has extensive work experience in the digital media and gaming industry. Falko started their career at OMD Germany, where they worked as a Werkstudent and later as a Trainee Digital Planning. Falko then became an Executive Digital Strategie before joining Zenith as a Digital Media Planner. At Zenith, they progressed to the role of Senior Digital Media Planner and eventually became an Account Head Digital.

In 2018, Falko joined ESL Gaming as a Senior Account Manager and later became the Director Partner Management, Brand Partnerships EMEA. Falko played a critical role in managing and building partnerships with various brands. In 2022, they joined ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] as the Senior Director Partner Management Brand Partnerships EMEA.
