Jamie Nevin

Jamie Nevin has a diverse work experience, starting as a Stock Manager at THE MENAGERIE INNS LTD from March 2018 to September 2019. They then worked as a DJ/Music Consultant from May 2015 onwards. Following that, Jamie joined Belfast Metropolitan College in March 2021 for the PwC Software Testing & Automation Academy, which lasted until May 2021. Next, they worked at AquaQ Analytics as a Software Engineer from June 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Jamie is a Software Engineer at ESO, starting from March 2023.

Jamie Nevin has a diverse education history. In 2019, they enrolled in Queen's University Belfast and pursued an MSc in Software Development, which was completed in 2020. Following this, in 2021, Jamie attended Belfast Metropolitan College for the PwC Software Testing & Automation Academy.

Jamie also gained international experience during their education. In 2012-2013, they participated in an Erasmus Placement program at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they focused on studying Law.

Furthermore, Jamie holds a Bachelor's Degree in LLB Common & Civil Law with French, which they obtained from Queen's University Belfast between 2009 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jamie has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. They received the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the iSQI Group in April 2021. Also, in the same month, Jamie obtained certifications in Java, Java and Spring Boot, and Java and Spring Framework from TestDome. Prior to this, in 2021, they completed the Learn the Basics of Android Course from Codecademy, and in 2019, they completed the Learn Java Course and Learn HTML Course, also from Codecademy.
