Jennifer Dressel

Product Owner - On-demand Learning at ESO

Jennifer Dressel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Air Force Research Laboratory, followed by a role as an Application Support Intern at PQ Systems in 2017. In the same year, they also served as an In Class Assistant and Grader for Graphical Communications at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

In 2018, Dressel worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee Space Institute. Jennifer then joined NI (National Instruments) in 2019 as an ELP Intern in Product Marketing.

Their most recent role at NI was as a Sales Development Engineer, where they drove new business and provided solutions to customers based on their needs. Jennifer then transitioned to the Education Services division at NI, starting as an Education Services Product Manager I in November 2020. In this role, they owned the roadmap for customer training projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Dressel was promoted to Education Services Product Manager II in April 2022. Jennifer continued to lead customer training projects, developed technical trainings, and presented business cases to senior leadership. Additionally, they owned the development of customer-facing tools and played a vital role in process workflows and policies at the company.

In June 2023, Dressel will begin their new role as a Product Owner - On-Demand Learning at ESO.

Jennifer Dressel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Jennifer has also obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Working with SMEs from LinkedIn in February 2021.
