Rick Garr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rick is currently working as a Customer Marketing Manager/SME at ESO since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head Coach for the Central Kentucky Storm starting in June 2021. As the owner, they successfully raised funds for the Ibarra Fire Department in Ecuador and donated 100% of the profits.

Rick also held the position of Union President at the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) from July 2015 to July 2016. In addition, they worked as a Paramedic at Winchester Fire-EMS from February 2011 to April 2016, where they served as the Acting Officer Emergency Care Unit and acted as a Recruit Physical Readiness Instructor to develop a fitness and readiness program.

Lastly, Rick served as a Lieutenant at the Wilmore Fire Department from August 2009 to April 2016. In this role, they headed the SOP Committee, coordinated daily operations, and delegated tasks to various teams.
