Jose Armando Castaneda

Jose Armando Castaneda has had a varied career since 2008. Jose Armando began their career as a Sales Representative at Dell in 2008. Jose Armando then moved on to Fitness Universe in the same year, where they were a Productor, Latin America Director for Fitness Universe Inc. Musclemania and Model America, and Community Manager for the Latinamerican Facebook page, Musclemania Latino. In 2010, they joined TELUS International Central America as a Customer Experience Team Leader, Quality Assurance Quality Control, and Team Leader. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Esource Capital, where they achieved a 94.11% Account Retention Rate and acted as a personal cheerleader for the company.

Jose Armando Castaneda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from FUNIBER between 2017 and 2018. In March 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. In November 2021, they obtained a Google Professional Workspace Administrator certification from Coursera. In November 2022, they obtained a Cloud Digital Leader certification from Google Cloud Training Online.
