Jamie Marmorale

Jamie Marmorale, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

In 1991, they worked as an Artist, specializing in portraits and oil paintings.

From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Inside Sales/Retention Specialist at Semotus Solutions.

From 2000 to 2009, they held positions at ITT Technical Institute, starting as a Sr. Recruiter - Admissions Representative and later becoming a Career Service Specialist.

From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Grand Canyon University, first as a National Corporate Liaison / University Development Representative, then as Strategic Accounts and finally as a University Development Manager.

Jamie served as the Past President at the Employee Service Management Association from 2010 to 2012.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Recruiter, Manager, and Community Liasion at a self-employed position.

Since 2016, they have been working at ESS, starting as a District Manager and later moving up to the role of Southern Regional Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Southern Regional Vice President of Operations, a role they began in May 2020.

Jamie Marmorale, M.S. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2006. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from National University. In 2015 and 2016, Jamie pursued Certificate Programs in Human Resources through Courses For Success.
