Jeff Hite

Jeff Hite has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the education staffing industry. Jeff started their career in 2013 with ESS, where they held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager, District Manager, and Senior Regional Manager. In 2018, they joined ESS | Source4Teachers as a Regional Manager. In 2014, they briefly worked at MissionOne as an Area Manager. Since July 2022, Jeff has been serving as the Vice President of Operations at ESS.

Jeff Hite attended St. Vincent College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
