Dave Rudo

Dave Rudo has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Dave started their career as a Consultant/Technical Analyst at Paranet in 1997, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations. Dave then joined Sprint Enterprise Network Services as a Consultant/Technical Analyst in 1999, where they continued to provide consulting services in the discipline of Intel and Solaris-based platforms.

In 2000, Sprint acquired Paranet, and Rudo's role transitioned to Sprint Enterprise Network Services. Dave served as a Consultant/Technical Analyst until May 2000.

Following their time at Sprint, Rudo joined Essendant in 2002, starting as a Technical Leader in the LAN and Distributed Computing Group. Dave provided technical leadership and managed teams supporting UNIX, Wintel, and LAN technologies. Dave also worked on various projects, including a web security application and integration project.

Throughout their tenure at Essendant, Rudo held various managerial positions, including Manager of UNIX Systems, Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure, and Director of IT Systems Infrastructure. In these roles, they led teams responsible for the strategic direction, management, and support of UNIX systems, enterprise storage, middleware, database, and basis services. Additionally, they managed budgets and implemented new technologies to support business operations and initiatives. Rudo's most recent role at Essendant is Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Operations, starting in January 2023.

Dave Rudo completed a Master's degree in Telecommunications from DePaul University between the years 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1984 to 1988.
