Don Darke

Don Darke has extensive experience in operational improvement and project management, currently serving as the Operational Improvement Manager at Essential Energy since January 2006. In this role, Don provides strategic leadership across various business functions, focusing on best practice benchmarking, business development, and performance management. Previous positions at Essential Energy include Transformation Lead and Program Director. Before joining Essential Energy, Don worked at Country Energy in various roles, culminating in the position of Senior Design Project Manager. Don holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England and a Graduate Certificate in Management, along with several certifications in training and surveying.
