Glenn Leman

Glenn Leman is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in civil and electrical engineering, primarily in the utility sector. Currently serving as the Contestable Design and Certification Manager at Essential Energy since March 2011, Glenn oversees the management of contestable designs and connection application assessments. Previous roles at Essential Energy include Network Design Engineering Manager and Acting Mains Manager, where Glenn led teams and managed standards and specifications. With a foundation in civil engineering from the University of Newcastle and a Master's in Engineering Management from Southern Cross University, Glenn also boasts experience from Country Energy, Connell Wagner, and Pacific Power International, demonstrating a diverse skill set in design, site management, and engineering oversight across various projects including wind farms and substations.
