Sanjay Ray

Sanjay Ray has over 27 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Sanjay has held various leadership roles in companies such as Essentra, AET, Ecolab, Reliance Capital, Manulife Financial, Wipro BPO, HSBC, and ANZ Grindlays Bank. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, managing budgets, leading performance management initiatives, and driving employee engagement and retention. Sanjay Ray has extensive experience in global HR and total rewards, with a focus on developing competitive compensation plans and salary structures. Sanjay is skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and successfully implementing HR projects and initiatives.

Sanjay Ray completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Science at St. Xavier's College from 1985 to 1990. Sanjay then pursued a Masters in Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Social Service from 1990 to 1992. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Ryerson University, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. During the same period, they also earned a certification in Human Resources from the Canadian Council of Human Resource Association, Canada.
