Taiye Oyinkansola holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany from Lagos State University and a Master's degree in Employment and Labour Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos. Currently serving as a Human Resource Manager (Operations) at Essenza since January 2023, Taiye's responsibilities include recruitment and selection, notably through the placement of adverts on recruitment sites. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Generalist at Metzger Limited and a Human Resource Consultant where tasks encompassed CV vetting and candidate selection. Additionally, Taiye has held various HR positions at SPAR Nigeria and Sakaa Errand Services, providing recruitment support services, and began a career in HR as a Graduate Trainee at the National Population Commission.
