Michael Hotchkiss

Michael Hotchkiss has a diverse work experience in recruitment and organizational development. Michael started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Bowling Green State University, where they supported undergraduate coursework and conducted research on ethics and morality in business. After that, they joined BLC Consulting Group as a Recruiter, where they sourced and screened candidates for client contracts and in-house employment opportunities. In 2009, they joined Essex, an Emmes Company, as a Recruiting Lead, overseeing staffing services and recruitment activities. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Recruiting Manager, responsible for managing the recruitment process and supporting staffing business development initiatives across Essex business units.

Michael Hotchkiss attended the University of Connecticut and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor/certification in Criminal Justice. Michael completed their undergraduate education in 2003.
