Ernesto Navarro

Ernesto Navarro has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Ernesto started their career at Bell Canada as a Satellite TV Technical Support representative, where they provided customer service and technical support for satellite TV software and hardware. Ernesto then worked at Convergys as a Technical Support Level 2 senior agent, providing DSL technical support for residential and business LAN and WLAN networks.

Navarro continued their career at Amazon as an IT Technical Support Specialist, where they provided local and remote support for hardware and software, troubleshooting various operating systems, and handling networking support.
