Mónica Gonzalez Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mónica Gonzalez Padilla completed a Certification in Strategic Planning from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2017, specializing in communication and media studies. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, which was completed in 2017. Additionally, they obtained an intermediate level certificate from Centro de Estudios Brasileños Costa Rica in 2015. Mónica also holds a degree in Public Relations from Univesidad Latina de Costa Rica, completed between 2012 and 2015. In 2010, they acquired advanced English skills from Speak Plus Intensive at Centro Cultural de Costa Rica. Furthermore, Mónica participated in a Digital & Integrated course at Animal ad School starting in 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Mónica obtained a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera in September 2022, and a Foundations of Project Management certification from Coursera in August 2022. In 2021, they received various Scrum certifications, including Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC), Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC), and Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf.
