Augustin Saucedo is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles across various renowned establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa since December 2022, Augustin previously held the title of Corporate Executive Chef at THE LOT from July 2021 to December 2022. Notable past positions include Executive Chef at Hotel Republic San Diego, Covo La Jolla, Brothers Signature Catering & Events, Donovans Prime Seafood Restaurant, and Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort. Augustin began a culinary career as Chef de Cuisine at La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, where a strong foundation in kitchen leadership was established from March 2003 to August 2011.
