René D. Bello

René D. Bello has gained extensive work experience in the field of real estate development and construction. In 2016, they worked as an Architectural Interior Designer at Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc., where they contributed to various projects, including the American Airlines Terminal D30 at Miami International Airport and the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Terminal A at Port Miami. In 2018, they joined Plaza Construction as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant MEP Superintendent, working on the Paraiso Bayviews project. Later that year, they joined Royal Palm Companies as a Senior Development Associate, overseeing notable projects such as the Paramount Miami Worldcenter. René's most recent position is the Head of the Miami Office at Estating, which they started in November 2021.

René D. Bello obtained a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida in 2012. Continuing their studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Architecture at the University of Miami from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, René furthered their education at the University of Miami, this time focusing on Real Estate Development + Urbanism, earning another Master's Degree.
