Dikshita Shukla

Dikshita Shukla is an experienced professional with a strong background in brand management and marketing within prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Retail & Commercial Director and India Brand Head for Estée Lauder Cosmetics, Dikshita has previously held leadership roles at MAC Cosmetics as Marketing Manager and at Diageo as Brand Manager for both Reserve (Luxury) and Black & White, Smirnoff Black. Dikshita's career began at Leo Burnett as a Brand Strategy Associate and included a formative role as a Summer Intern at Essar. Dikshita holds a Post Graduation in Communications with a focus on Brand Management from the Mudra Institute of Communications, completed in 2010.
