Julia Silies

Julia Silies has extensive experience in talent development and training. Julia currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent & Leadership at ESTEVE, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Grifols from 2009 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director Global Talent Projects, Director Corporate Talent Development, Manager Corporate Training & Development, Manager Sales & Marketing Training, and Training Project Manager. Before joining Grifols, they worked at Accenture as a Talent & Organizational Performance Consultant from 2007 to 2009, and at ITACA Multimedia as an E-learning Business Development Manager from 2002 to 2005.

Julia Silies received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 1999 to 2001. Julia also holds a BA Empresariales Internacionales degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Executive Development Program from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2018, Coaching operativo from Grupo Emociona S.L. in 2015, and Fellow 2019 from The Learning and Performance Institute.
