Emma Fredriksson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Earlier in their career, Emma worked as a Charkansvarig at Hemköp and as an Experienced Säljare at SkiStar AB, where they focused on guest service and sales. Emma also has experience as a Kassör at XL Bygg Fresks, where they handled invoicing, customer service, and assortment management.

Emma Fredriksson completed their education at the Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics (USBE) from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a degree in Civilekonom with a specialization in Service Management. Emma further pursued their studies at the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2021 to 2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Emma Fredriksson obtained a certification from Sportakademin at Svenskt Sportforum in December 2015.
