Roxana Bazo Palacios

Roxana Bazo is a Legal Associate at Estudio Olaechea since April 2016, specializing in corporate and insurance Due Diligence for assessing potential contingencies in company acquisitions, as well as drafting and reviewing various contracts, including loans, collateral agreements, leases, and state contracts.
