Jennifer Forrest

Jennifer Forrest has extensive work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Jennifer is currently the Director of Project Management at Esusu, where they lead a team of project managers and scrum masters to support the company's strategic objectives. Jennifer also works with Esusu and Operations leadership on strategic planning and reporting. Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Esusu and Brazen, where they prioritized and planned projects based on business goals. Before that, they held various consulting roles at Excella, where they served as a Managing Consultant and Lead Consultant. Jennifer also has experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Senior Business Analyst at CSRA Inc, where they managed teams and led innovation projects. Additionally, they worked at Navy Mutual Aid Association as a Scrum Master and Production Support Lead, leading initiatives to improve productivity and data integrity. Jennifer also worked as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at CGI, where they implemented agile best practices and facilitated employee training. Jennifer started their career as a Financial Literacy Coach at AmeriCorps and held technology and administrative roles at Culpeper Language Learning Center and Ogden P. Confer & Edwin J. Vickner Language Hall. Jennifer also gained project management experience as an IT Intern at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Jennifer Forrest received their Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Russian Studies and Sociology/Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has obtained various certifications, including the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in September 2022, the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA in November 2020, the Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in November 2015, the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA in October 2015, the Interim Treasury Clearance in October 2014, the Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in September 2014, the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022, the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2019, the SAFe 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2016, and the High Risk Public Trust certification from HHS.
