Jennifer Forrest has extensive work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Jennifer is currently the Director of Project Management at Esusu, where they lead a team of project managers and scrum masters to support the company's strategic objectives. Jennifer also works with Esusu and Operations leadership on strategic planning and reporting. Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Esusu and Brazen, where they prioritized and planned projects based on business goals. Jennifer also worked as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at CGI, where they implemented agile best practices and facilitated employee training. Jennifer started their career as a Financial Literacy Coach at AmeriCorps and held technology and administrative roles at Culpeper Language Learning Center and Ogden P. Confer & Edwin J. Vickner Language Hall. Jennifer also gained project management experience as an IT Intern at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Jennifer Forrest received their Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Russian Studies and Sociology/Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
