Deborah Power

Deborah Power has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Deborah is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance & Growth at ESW. Prior to this, Deborah worked at Clúid Housing as a Non Executive Director & Chair of Board Audit Committee.

Deborah has also held positions at Aramark Northern Europe, where they first served as the Vice President of Finance, leading finance shared services and transformation initiatives. Deborah later became the Finance Director for the Northern Europe region, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Before joining Aramark, Deborah worked as the Finance Director for Performance Measurement & Analytics at Kerry. Deborah was responsible for evolving finance capabilities and establishing a global PM&A function.

Deborah's early career included various finance roles at Unilever, where they served as the Senior Finance Manager for Transformation Europe, Senior Finance Manager for Foods Europe, European Supply Chain Planning & Reporting Manager, Head of Finance Foodsolutions UKI, and Business Partner for Tesco Ireland.

Prior to their tenure at Unilever, Deborah gained experience as an Accountant and Finance Director in the transportation industry and retail sector.

Deborah Power holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Additionally, they have completed an Executive MBA from Dublin City University.
