Jonathan Browne

Jonathan Browne has extensive work experience in the field of solution engineering and management. Jonathan currently serves as the Head of Solution Engineering for EMEA at ESW, where they lead a team of skilled Solution Engineers and oversees pre-sales, scoping, and onboarding operations, with a focus on enterprise+ clients. Prior to this role, they held the position of Lead Solutions Engineer at ESW, where they were responsible for technical pre-sales engagements, client scoping, and onboarding activities. Jonathan also worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at ESW.

Before joining ESW, Jonathan worked at BrightWork as a Solutions Architect, where they provided consultation to senior product and program managers at Amazon to develop a collaborative project and product management solution platform. Jonathan also served as the Business Process Automation Manager at BrightWork, leading a development team and managing extensive development backlog while supervising the systems team and general operations. At BrightWork, they started as a Customer Systems & Support Engineer and later became a Systems & Support Team Manager.

Jonathan's career began at Techjon Solutions, where they worked as an IT Technician and Owner for a year and four months before transitioning to their role at BrightWork.

Jonathan Browne has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
