Jitesh Mehtani

Jitesh Mehtani currently serves as Associate Director and Head of Learning and Development at Policybazaar.com since June 2021, following a tenure as Vice President and Head of Learning and Development at Teleperformance from April 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Training at Teleperformance, leading training for North and East geographies in India's Domestic Business Vertical, and AGM of Training at Intelenet Global Services, overseeing training operations for a major telecom client with over 7,000 FTEs. Previous roles at Firstsource Solutions Limited involved leading training and service quality functions for India's largest telecom and DTH companies across multiple delivery centers. Jitesh’s career initiated with foundational roles in training and quality assurance at various BPOs, beginning with Wipro BPO. Jitesh holds a BBA in Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, along with a Pre-Sea Training degree in Marine Navigation from the Maritime Foundation in Chennai.
