Steven Alexis Sosa-Alvarado

Steven Alexis Sosa-Alvarado has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at First Medical Health Plan, Inc. Steven Alexis then moved to Medicare y Mucho Mas (Medicare Advantage) in 2012, and then to Triple-S in 2013, where they held the same role. In 2014, they worked as a Customer and Provider Service Representative for both Pan-American Life Insurance Group and APS Healthcare, a subsidiary of Universal American. That same year, they also completed a Psychology Major Pre-Practicum at Carlos Albizu University. In 2015, they joined Commonwealth Care Alliance as an Appeal and Grievance Coordinator and Member Services Associate. In 2018, they became a Member Services Guide at Devoted Health. In 2019, they were hired as Senior Manager, Customer Support at CENTOGENE AG. Most recently, they joined eternalHealth in 2021 as Operations Manager and Appeals and Grievance Program Director.
