Beth Matthiessen

Beth Matthiessen currently serves as the ESR Commissary Manager at Ethan Stowell Restaurants, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Beth was a Pastry Chef at Food+ by Compass from October 2014 to September 2023 and worked as a Pastry Sous Chef at Ethan Stowell Restaurants from May 2013 to October 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pastry Cook/Bread Baker at Columbia City Bakery from June 2009 to May 2013. Beth Matthiessen holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft from Western Washington University, completed between 1992 and 1997, and attended Seattle Central College from 2007 to 2009.
