Kc Cohen

KC Cohen, LCSW, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience. They served as the Director of Health and Wellness at Ethical Culture Fieldston School starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Consulting Producer for Chasing Childhood Film from 2018 to 2021. They also held the role of School Counselor & Director of Social and Emotional Learning at Watershed School from 2017 to 2018. From 2006 to 2017, they worked as a Middle and Upper School Counselor at Riverdale Country School, where they were responsible for counseling students, coordinating health programs, and designing character-focused programs. KC also worked as a Summer Fellow at Character Lab in 2014. Earlier in their career, they were a Consultant at Freedom Institute from 2006 to 2011 and a Substance Abuse Prevention Educator from 2004 to 2006. In those roles, they provided education on substance abuse, mental health, sexuality, and relationships to various groups.

KC Cohen, LCSW, M.Ed. has a BA (cum laude) in Social Psychology from Carleton College. They also hold an M.Ed. in Risk and Prevention Program from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Additionally, they have an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work.
