Kalima Drga, MPH, has extensive experience in business operations and financial management, currently serving as Business Operations Manager at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative since October 2003, with previous roles including Senior Systems and Revenue Manager, Systems and Revenue Manager, and Office Manager. Responsibilities at ECI encompass managing the finance department, overseeing annual audits, and developing department budgets for a $1.8 million organization. Kalima's experience also includes working as an Enumerator for the U.S. Department of Commerce's Census Bureau in mid-2020, and previously serving as Grants Coordinator at Mental Health America from January 2001 to October 2003, as well as a Peace Corps Volunteer focused on community sustainable agricultural development from 1998 to 2000.
