Ioana Andronache-Florea

Ioana Andronache-Florea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ioana began their career in 2012 as a Vocational and Psychological Counselor at Arhiproiect. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at G4S as a Career Recruiter and Vocational Training and Development Specialist. During this time, they gained expertise in recruitment and vocational training. In 2015, they joined the Social Assistance and Child Protection - Resource Centre for Young People at Risk as a Psychologist, where they provided support to vulnerable individuals. Ioana then moved on to the National Anti-drug Agency in 2019, working as a Clinical Psychologist until 2022. At Transcribe Guru in 2022, they contributed as Quality Assurance & Quality Control for a time-limited project. In 2022, they joined SkillBrain as a Junior QA Engineer, gaining experience in quality assurance. In 2023, they worked at Fullscreen Digital as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Ethixbase360 as a Research Analyst with Spanish and English proficiency. In this role, they are responsible for conducting investigations, producing reports, analyzing and translating findings, and ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

- In November 2021, they completed an Intensive Hypnosis Course from the "Confident" Association for personal and professional development.

- In September 2022, they became a QA Engineer certified by SkillBrain and completed a training program in QA Software Testing (Manual & Automated) from Udemy.

- In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Git & Github from Udemy.
