About The Role

We are currently recruiting individuals with a planning focus to join our team in our Sydney office. 

Our unique approach means interns are referred to as ‘Junior Urbanists’ – as they learn to deliver urban solutions informed by a diverse range of expertise. Junior Urbanists have a broad understanding of the built environment and property industry. They are collaborative and can work with a range of stakeholders to deliver the best urban outcomes for our clients and communities. 

As a Junior Urbanist at Ethos Urban, you will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working alongside a team of urban professionals on a wide range of projects. This internship program will provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to enhance your understanding of the industry and apply your academic knowledge. You have the opportunity to grow your own networks and develop practical skills – all within a collaborative learning environment.  

About You 

We are seeking individuals who are currently completing their tertiary studies in the relevant field, as this opportunity will provide valuable experience to support you and your studies. You will possess the following:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong foundation in planning.
  • Actively contribute and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on communities through your work.
  • Contribute to the company culture in a positive manner.
