Sabry Jamil Hezam

Sabry Jamil Hezam has worked at Etihad Rail, starting in August 2010 as a Signalling Manager and then transitioning to Head of Information Technology in January 2018. Sabry Jamil later became the Director of Research Development from July 2021 to July 2023, and is currently the Director of Partnerships and Innovations. Prior to their time at Etihad Rail, they worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Dubai Airports from August 2005 to June 2010.

Sabry Jamil Hezam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Master of Business Administration from Zayed University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Aviation (Avionics) from the Higher Colleges of Technology during the period of 2003 to 2005. Furthermore, they have acquired several additional certifications, including "Leading and Building a Culture of Innovation" from Harvard Business School Executive Education in December 2022, "The Artificial Intelligence Program" from the University of Oxford in March 2019, and "Certified Chief Innovation Officer" from the Global Leadership Institute at Boston College in August 2015.
