Buğra Bağarsıkcı has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as an intern at Devlet Malzeme Ofisi. In 2016, they interned at Erzurum Teknik Üniversitesi. Buğra then worked as a software developer freelancer from July 2017 to February 2018. In 2018, Buğra was a FullStack C# .NET MVC Developer at ASCOM Bilişim Yazılım Hizmetleri. In 2019, they served as a Mühendis Yedek Subay (Bilgisayar Mühendisi) at DZKK Seyir Hidrografi ve Oşinografi Daire Başkanlığı. Currently, since April 2020, they hold the position of Software Development Specialist at Etiya.

Buğra Bağarsıkcı completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Atatürk University from 2013 to 2017. In September 2020, they obtained the AI Foundation Level certification from TM Forum.
