Esra Aydın Çavuşoğlu

Esra Aydın Çavuşoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Esra started their career at Johnson Controls as a Supply Chain Intern in 2014. Esra then moved on to Luxottica, where they worked as a Sales Intern for 7 months in 2015, reporting to regional managers and the sales team. Esra also held the role of Sales Reporting Assistant Specialist at Altınyıldız Classics | Beymen Business (BR Mağaza) from October 2015 to January 2016, where they prepared reports and presentations for the sales management meeting and reported on sales and marketing campaigns.

Returning to Luxottica in October 2016, Esra took on the role of Sales Analyst. Here, they developed and reviewed sales budgets, order and shipment forecasts, and sales team targets. Esra was also responsible for designing campaigns and calculating bonuses. Finally, Esra joined Etiya in September 2020 as a Senior Business Analyst. Esra recently transitioned to the role of Team Leader, Business Analysis in January 2022, where they are currently serving.

Esra Aydın Çavuşoğlu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering from Beykent University, where they attended from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they enrolled at the University of Toronto to pursue studies in Business Management and Marketing.
