Yusufcan B. has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and software quality assurance. Yusufcan started their career at Yıldız Teknopark as a Software QA Intern from July 2017 to October 2017. Yusufcan then joined Etiya as a Software QA Specialist in November 2017, where they were responsible for analyzing functional requirements, preparing test scenarios, and conducting user level testing. Yusufcan also played a key role in establishing and adopting test processes metrics within an Agile environment. In November 2019, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Etiya, where they worked until February 2021. During this time, they worked on Turk Telekom CRM system MTS, examining customer demands and producing solutions for them. Currently, Yusufcan B. holds the position of Senior Business Analyst at Etiya, where they continue to analyze and manage activities for functional and non-functional requirements.

Yusufcan B. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Istanbul Aydin University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Information Technologies and Programming from Istanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi in 2013. Currently, Yusufcan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Yildiz Technical University, starting in 2020.

Additionally, Yusufcan has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
