Cathy Carroll

Cathy Carroll, MBA, PCC, is the President and founder of Legacy Onward, Inc., specializing in Leadership Coaching for family businesses since 2013. In addition to this role, Cathy serves as an Adjunct Faculty Assessor for the ITL Leadership Coaching Certificate Program at Georgetown University and as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago, facilitating Peer Advisory Groups for family business leaders. Cathy holds advisory positions on the boards of the Purposeful Planning Institute and ET Products LLC, along with prior board experience as a member and chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee for Just Born, Inc. and as a board member for Alper Services. Previous roles include President & COO of Pro Equine Group, Director of Global Accounts at United Airlines, and Director of Product Marketing at Sabre Holdings. Cathy earned an MBA in Finance & Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago and holds both a BA in Mathematics and French from Boston College.
