Madhuri Jha, MPH, LCSW has a diverse and extensive work experience, with positions that have spanned across various organizations and roles. Currently, Madhuri is serving as the Vice President of Science, Equity, and Integration at ETR. Madhuri has also held positions at Mental Health America as a Board Member, at Behr Psychology as a Psychotherapist/Clinical Supervisor, and at New York University as an Adjunct Professor.

In addition, Madhuri has worked as the Director of the Kennedy-Satcher Center for Mental Health Equity at Morehouse School of Medicine, where they were responsible for leading research, policy innovation, and leadership convening to promote equitable access to positive behavioral health outcomes at a national level. Madhuri also played a crucial role in fundraising efforts, led research initiatives, and contributed to the development of various publications on mental health equity.

Prior to that, Madhuri served as the Director/Team Leader for the Manhattan Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES), and as a Clinical Liaison and Bilingual Psychotherapist at Metropolitan Center for Mental Health. Madhuri also held positions as a Lead Trainer and Consultant at the Westchester End-of-Life Coalition, and as a National Program Coordinator at the National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS (NBLCA).

Madhuri's earlier experience includes working as an IRTA Fellow at the National Institutes of Health.

Madhuri Jha, MPH, LCSW completed their education in a chronological order. Madhuri obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Affairs (Latin American Studies) with a minor in Spanish from The George Washington University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Madhuri then pursued their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Global Health Leadership from New York University, attending from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University.

In terms of additional certifications, Madhuri Jha received their Licensed Master Social Worker certification from the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards in April 2015. Madhuri later obtained their Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification from the same institution in March 2019. Moreover, they completed a course on Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School in August 2020.
