Alexis Borsky

Alexis Borsky is a Paralegal at Euclid Transactional. She works on the Counsel team and is responsible for reviewing confidentiality agreements, access letters, non-reliance letters, and other legal documents crucial to initiating the underwriting process. Prior to joining the team, Alexis spent 2 years at Century Law Firm as a paralegal working on settlements and contracts. Alexis graduated with a B.A. from San Francisco State University.
