K P Mettu has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. They began their career as an Engineer In Training at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2013. They then moved on to Ref Technologies - India as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on developing and evaluating manufacturing processes and creating operating manuals.

Next, they worked at Quartus Engineering as a Production Engineer, where they designed and developed new products using CAD and simulation tools. They then transitioned to FJS Cable Engineering, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they prepared drawings and implemented quality requirements for manufacturing planning.

Afterwards, they joined Castaly Machinery as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer, where they evaluated existing processes and made improvements to eliminate inefficiencies. They then worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Package Development Engineer, conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective packaging solutions.

At Abbott, they served as an Equipment Validation Engineer and were responsible for lifecycle activities and validation processes. They then joined Sterilmed, a Johnson & Johnson Company, as a Product Specialist / Validation Engineer, where they improved and maintained the Quality Management System.

More recently, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Deviation Investigator, and they are currently working at Eugia US LLC as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer. K P Mettu has a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from California State University, Los Angeles, which was obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Mettu completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in HRM from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in 2015. Mettu also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, which was obtained from 2010 to 2014.
