Eleonora Bassi

Eleonora Bassi has a diverse work experience in the field of aerospace and engineering. Eleonora worked as a Business Development Manager at Exostaff GmbH since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Payload and instruments operations engineer at EUMETSAT starting from August 2018. Before that, they worked as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer at DLR from March 2016 to August 2018. Eleonora also served as a Spacecraft Controller at the European Space Agency from November 2014 to February 2016. Eleonora gained experience as a Spacecraft Engineer at Telespazio Spa from October 2013 to October 2014, where they developed satellite control software and conducted marketing surveys. Eleonora's earlier work includes a role in plasma propulsion analysis and design at CISAS from March 2012 to September 2012, and an internship in cold gas propulsion for Almasat-1 at ALMASpace from March 2009 to November 2009.

Eleonora Bassi's education history begins with their high school education at Liceo Scientifico, where they studied mathematics from 2002 to 2007. Eleonora then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2007 to 2010. Eleonora furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in the same field of study from Università degli Studi di Padova between 2011 and 2014. Following this, they pursued a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO starting in 2020, and it is unclear when this program will be completed. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, Eleonora studied for an International MBA degree at Rome Business School.
