Ground Stations Operations Manager at EUMETSAT

Rocío Martín Pardo has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rocío started their career in 2007 at IBM Global Business Process Services as a SOA Consultant, where they were involved in Telco projects, including proposal elaboration and requirements analysis. In 2010, they joined INSA, Ingeniería y Servicios Aeroespaciales, S.A as a Ground Segment System Engineer, where they worked on multiple projects, including proposals elaboration, requirements analysis and gathering, and documentation elaboration. In 2013, Rocío joined HAMTEC Consulting Ltd as a Ground Stations System Engineer Consultant at EUMETSAT, where they provided expertise in ground stations systems. Lastly, Rocío joined EUMETSAT in 2017 and held two roles: Ground Stations Operations Engineer until February 2019, and currently, they serve as the Ground Stations Operations Manager.

Rocío Martín Pardo has a diverse education history. Rocío first attended the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, where they earned their MSc in Telecommunications Engineering.
