We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Integrations Project Manager to drive the successful integration of information technologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the integration process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

The Integrations Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of newly acquired companies into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects. They should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the integration process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior leaders to ensure smooth integration.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics for integration projects, including timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard processes for integration projects.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technology integration project management roles.
  • Successfull management of complex integration projects.
  • Experience creating accountability across reporting verticals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • SalesForce integrations experience or similar CSM
  • NetSuite integrations experience or similar ERP
  • IPAAS implementation experience with Bamboo/DayForce or similar HR system
  • IPASS implementation experience with Azure AD

Education

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
