Linh Vuong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as an Undergraduate Research Apprentice at Berkeley APEC Study Center in 2005. Following that, Linh worked as a Research Associate II at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency from 2007 to 2010, where they managed program evaluations and provided research support. They also held the role of Student Consultant at the California Public Utilities Commission in 2011.

In 2011, Linh worked as a Policy Intern at Code for America, where they developed a model to predict the impact of natural disasters. They then joined the City of Santa Cruz as a Policy Consultant, focusing on improving access to high-speed internet. Linh further expanded their expertise as a Program Performance Analyst at the City of San Jose, where they reported on City operations and expenditures.

Linh's experience in government continued at the City of Boston, where they worked as a Performance Data Analyst. They managed performance measures for multiple departments, analyzed data, and collaborated with other departments to establish funding and staffing levels.

In 2015, Linh joined the Hawaii Public Safety Department as a Performance Data Manager before transitioning to OpenCounter later that year. At OpenCounter, Linh held various roles, including Project and Data Manager, Senior Project Manager, Government Services Manager, and Director of Customers. They were responsible for leading client relationships, managing the Professional Services team, and ensuring client and team needs were incorporated into product strategy.

Most recently, Linh joined Euna Solutions as a Business Director in 2023.

Linh Vuong received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. In 2006-2007, Linh also completed an Undergraduate Exchange Programme Certificate in International Relations at Sciences Po. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Linh pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) at the University of California, Goldman School of Public Policy.
