Nicole Nebelung

Nicole Nebelung is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in digitalization and innovation management. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager for Digitalization at BarmeniaGothaer and as Innovation Manager and Gothaer representative for the Eurapco Innovation Lab, Nicole focuses on startup scouting, pilot project leadership, strategic consulting, and partnership management within the insurance and fintech sectors. Previously, Nicole built a Digital Factory at Gothaer to enhance digital transformation efforts and held positions at ERGO Group AG and VPV Versicherungen, managing end-to-end digitization projects and leading cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer communication. Nicole also played a significant role in establishing a service center and developing a workforce management system early in the career.
