Gerrick Muse is a professional with experience in IT support and management roles. At Euromonitor International, Muse serves as a Support Team Manager, Technical Support Manager, and previously as an IT Support Executive. With expertise in overseeing software and hardware issues for large user bases, completing service tickets, and handling office moves. Gerrick has been recognized as an "All-Star of the Year" for multiple consecutive years. Prior to this, Muse held an internship at Evans County Schools as a Computer Specialist, managing various aspects of the school network. Muse holds a degree in Networking Specialist from Ogeechee Technical College.
