Shell Lim

Shell Lim is a seasoned executive in the travel insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Travel Insurance Partnership for South East Asia and Eastern Asia at Europ Assistance South East Asia since January 2024. Previously, Shell Lim was the Regional Director for APAC at Comply365, overseeing commercial, business development, and account management. Shell Lim co-founded 1000 Stars Ltd. and spent nearly 21 years at Amadeus IT Group, holding multiple leadership roles including Account Director for Airlines across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, and Program Director for Airline IT. Shell Lim holds an MBA in Technology Management & Product Development from Griffith University and completed an Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, Shell Lim earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from QUT.
