Jon Gorostiza Araujo

Jon Gorostiza Araujo is an experienced Global Talent Manager currently at Europastry since July 2024, with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Previously, Jon served as the Director of Talent Management & Engagement at Wallbox Chargers, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and internal communication. Jon has also held significant roles in building learning and development teams and establishing HR processes at Wallbox and Danone Waters. Education includes a Master's in Human Resources Management from Universidad del País Vasco and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the same institution.
