Kristian Bright

Kristian Bright is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. As Recruitment Lead at Rooser and Duffel, along with a previous role as Recruiting Lead at Deliveroo, Kristian has demonstrated expertise in leading hiring processes and team management. Additionally, as Co-Founder of DBR, a community for in-house recruiters and HR professionals, and a People and Talent Consultant at The People Collective, Kristian has contributed to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices. Kristian Bright attained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Liverpool from 2005 to 2008 and furthered professional development through education at Full Circle Global from 2020 to 2021.
