Eliska Hill has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation and logistics industry. Eliska is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at European Cargo, where they oversee the operation of a fleet of A340 freighters. Their role involves maximizing cargo revenue and brand awareness through strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Eliska worked as an Independent Logistics and Aviation Advisor, focusing on projects in the Middle East region. Eliska has also held various positions at Emirates, including Global Partnership Head and Air Charter Development. During their time at Emirates, Eliska successfully spearheaded sales strategies, re-launched cargo charter products, and managed global integrators. Earlier in their career, Eliska worked at Chapman Freeborn Aviation Services as a Regional Head and General Manager, playing a key role in transforming the GA business and leading sales teams. Eliska also has experience in charter sales, brokering, and managing charter desks. Overall, their expertise and accomplishments span over several decades and highlight their extensive knowledge of the aviation and logistics industry.

Eliska Hill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Transport Management & Planning from Loughborough University in 1995.
